A stud fee of **$1500.00(U.S. Funds) shall be payable in full prior to the first mating. Payment may be in the form of Cash, Money Order or Check (all uncertified checks must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to Bitch's arrival for bank clearance).

Stud service will be rendered under the following terms/requirements:

**Repeat fees, a savings is available to anyone who has already used Mako. The repeat fee is $1000.00 (U.S. Funds), and may be applied to any bitch, meeting the original requirements, and owned by the same owner/co-owner. Please note: repeat fees do not apply to AI using "frozen semen".

Changes in contract? Yes, I believe there is a significant enough risk with elbow dysplasia and cardiac disorders within our breed, that, effective immediatly, I now require their clearance certification. No exceptions will be made.

Requirements:

1. Both Sire and Dam are healthy and current on all vaccinations to the best of their owner's knowledge. Both the Sire and Dam have correct bites and complete dentition.

2. The owner of the Bitch will provide the following:

A. Photocopy of AKC/CKC Registration
B. Photocopy of OFA Hip & Elbow Certification
C. Current minimum 3 Generation Pedigree
D. 2 Photocopies or Laser Copies of Bitch at least 5" x 7" in size.
E. Current negative vaginal culture done within 5 days of season.
F. Negative Brucellosis report done within 30 days prior to mating.
G. Health/Rabies certificate if required for shipping.
H. Eye clearance by a Board Certified Opthalmologist or CERF.
I.Cardiac clearance by a Board Certified Cardiologist/OFA.

3. Payment of the stud fee shall be required before any mating may take place. The Stud Owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if payment has not been received in full. No Stud Fee is refundable, whole or in part.

4. The Owner(s) of the Bitch agrees to abide by the code of ethics of the American Rottweiler Club, or other code of ethics club.

5. A guarantee of a minimum of two matings through natural "tie" or artificial insemination is made. The Stud Dog Owner recommends breeding every other day until the bitch will no longer stand, as a general practice.

6. A guarantee of a minimum of two live puppies that live to 48 hours is made and constitutes a litter. If, for any reason, the Bitch fails two produce two or more live puppies, the Owner(s) of the Bitch shall have the right of return service for one year for the same Bitch or another owned or co-owned by the same Owner(s) within one year of the signing of the original contact. In the event of a substitute Bitch, all requirements of the original contract must be met with the exception of payment of the Stud fee. (The Stud Dog owner may choose to extend the guarantee in extenuating circumstances where the Bitch Owner encounters personal crisis etc., etc., such that a repeat would best be postponed for a period of time)

7. The Owner(s) of the Bitch shall be responsible for all expenses incurred but not limited to, shipping, veterinary care, and artificial insemination (if necessary). A fee of $50.00 each for pick-up and delivery to Portland Airport and a fee of $100.00 each for pick-up and delivery to Seattle Airport will be charged. All expenses must be paid in full prior to the return of the Bitch following service.

8. It is understood, that in the event of illness or emergency, very available means will be taken to ensure the safety and survival of the Bitch while in the Stud Dog Owner's care. The Stud Dog Owner accepts no liability in the event of injury or death due to accident or negligence on the Stud Dog Owner's part.

9. The stud Dog Owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All fees are payable in U.S. funds.
